Ingredients

    12 eggs
    24 slices Land O Frost Deli Shaved Oven Roasted Turkey
    1 oz mozzerella cheese, grated
    pepper to taste

Directions

Spray each cup of a 12-cup muffin tin with PAM. Put 2 slices turkey in each cup of a 12-cup muffin tin so that it forms a cup. Break an egg into each meat-lined muffin cup. Sprinkle each egg with pepper and grated cheese. Bake for 15 minutes (or to desired doneness). Makes 6 2-cup servings.
