    1 cup Dannon Light & Fit Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt
    1 Banana, fresh, 1 medium
    .5 cup Bear Naked All Natural Granola, Fruit & Nut
    4 tbsp Kretschmer Original Toasted Wheat Germ
    70 grams Dole Frozen Mango Chunks
    70 grams Great Value Frozen Mixed Berries

Directions

Add soy milk and yogurt first, then add other ingrediants and blend to desired consistancy.
