Introduction

This is great for those of us who always seem to need more protein. This is great for those of us who always seem to need more protein.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup skim milk
    1/2 cup Dannon Nonfat Yogurt
    1 scoop Designer Whey Protein Powder, French Vanilla
    1 medium banana

Directions

Place banana in a blender and blend until lightly chunky. Add remaining ingredients and blend until well blended. If you'd like a colder smoothie, you may add some ice. This makes 2 servings.
