Ingredients

    2 lg Chicken breast
    2 cups of fresh spinach'
    4 thinly sliced prosciutto
    boursin cheese about half of the box


Directions

Take fresh spinach and put in to hot frying pan and cook until wilted when cooked place on paper towel and squeeze out excess liquid, pound chicken until thin, place thinly slice prosciutto on chicken breast, divide spinach and cheese spread onto chicken breast roll of like a wrap use toothpicks to hold together. In large frying pan pour some eevo until pan and place rolled chicken breast into pan and brown on both sides, cook in oven for 30 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes and slice and enhoy
