Introduction

This is the same recipe as the 100 calorie whole-wheat blueberry muffin recipe only I added 2 scoops of vanilla protein to make it more geared toward my diet. I also use fresh blueberries and I add a bit more applesauce than what is called for in recipe. Cook for 25-30 min. Ingredients

    1 cup flour
    2 scoops Isopure vanilla protein
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 cup old fashioned oats
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 cup sugar free applesauce
    2 egg whites
    1/2 brown sugar
    1/2 cup water
    1 cup fresh blueberries

Directions

Makes 12 servings.

Mix dry ingredients together, then add wet except for blueberries. Mix well and then fold in blueberries. BAke at 350 for 25-30 min.
