    6 md. eggs, beaten
    1 small onion chopped
    .25 cheese
    .25 ham


Beat eggs with onion. Dice ham and distribute into 6 muffin cups. Sprinkle cheese equally into muffin cups. Pour egg mixture equally into each muffin cup. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Reheat for 2 min. in microwave.
