    16 oz medium shrimp, no tails, ready to cook
    1 bunch broccoli cut in big pieces
    2 peppers (preferably different colors) cut in big pieces
    2 cups carrots sliced thin
    1 large onion cut in big pieces
    1 packet Szechwan seasoning mix (whatever brand your store carries)
    3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
    1 tsp sugar
    1/2 to 1 cup water (depending on how juicy you want the gravy)


Stir fry vegs and shrimp together until about half done. Combine mix with sugar, soy sauce and water, pour over food. Cook together, being sure the shrimp is done. Eat with rice or without!
