Ingredients

1 whole chicken, cut up or 1 whole rabbit
2/3 cup organic free range chicken broth
2/3 cup shoyu sauce
1 Tbs. honey
1 Tbs. maple syrup
1/2 tsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp hoisin sauce
1/4 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp garlic
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 onion powder
pepper
Directions
mix chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil in crock pot
add chicken
add seasoning to taste
cook on low for 6 to 8 hours
