Introduction

Great to throw in the purse for when you (or the kids) get hungry when out and about. Better the the real thing. Delicious! My 4 year old goes crazy for these! Ingredients

    100 grams Dates
    15 grams Unsweetened Coconut
    30 grams walnuts
    1 Tbsp cocoa powder

Directions

Makes 3 bars

Roughly chopped dates. Put in food processor and chop until a rough paste. Put in remaining ingredients and process a little longer. Scoop onto wax paper and form into bars. Individually wrap and refrigerate.
