Ingredients

1 lb. Beef for Stew
2 large Green Peppers
1 large Onion
1/2 tbls. minced Garlic
3 Carrots
1/2 cup Brown Rice
1 can (14oz) Beef broth
3/4 cup Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce)
1/12 cup water
Pepper
Directions
Chop peppers and onion into large chunks. Pour broth and speghetti sauce into Crock-Pot, add rice, seasonings, meat and vegatables. Add water.
Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
