    15 oz can pumpkin
    1/4 c Milk
    3/4 c Splenda
    2 Scoops Unjury (Unflavored Protein Powder)
    1 Egg
    1 Egg White
    Spices: Cinnamon, Nutmeg...


Cook in two small glass bowls...about 325' for 30-45 minutes.
Serve hot or chilled with whipped cream!
