Introduction

My husband actually made this and measured all the ingredients out for me! I was very greatful that I could share one of his smoothies. He loves to make them for the kids on the weekends. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    -2 c skim milk
    -3/4 c low fat Dannon Vanilla yogurt
    -2 c crushed ice
    -1 c frozen blueberries
    -2 c frozen strawberries

Directions

--Putting the liquid in first then all the other ingredients into a blender. Puree well.

--Makes about 4 servings of 1 1/2 C each.
