Ingredients

2 - 6 oz boxes chicken flavored bread stuffing dry mix
1 2/3 cup water
3 pounds uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 cups fat-free chicken broth
2 -10 3/4 oz cans 98% Cream of Chicken Soup
Directions
Mix stuffing with water. Put in 13x9 inch baking dish. Lay chicken on top of stuffing. Mix soup and broth together and pour over chicken and stuffing.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 to 45 minutes.
Remove dish from oven and check to be sure chicken is done (chicken is done when fork inserts into thickest part easily). If chicken not done, return to oven for a few more minutes or until chicken is done.
Remove chicken to a plate and stir stuffing, making sure liquid is completely mixed with dry patches of the stuffing. Replace chicken on top of stuffing and let set for 5 minutes before serving.
