This is a typical white flour crust. Yummy, but not so low calorie. This is a typical white flour crust. Yummy, but not so low calorie.
Number of Servings: 6


    3 cups White Flour
    1 tsp. Salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 cup warm water
    1 packet yeast


Mix dry ingredients. Add in wet ingredients and incorporate until it forms a dough. Cover the dough in a bowl and let rise for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Make the dough into a crust (or 2 thin crusts) and prebake at 450 about 15 minutes. Cover with toppings of your choice and bake again until cheese melts and crust turns to a golden brown.

    This is the exact recipe I use, thank you for entering it! Not so low in calorie, but yummy and a nice treat. It's a no-fail crust, works for me every time. I got my recipe originally from an old Fleishman's Yeast cookbook. - 1/19/10
