How did you calculate the nutritional value of the juice? I've been trying to figure out how many calories a beet + 2 carrot + small apple + celery stalk + 1/4 cucumber drink would be - since the roughage is removed - and am struggling to find an answer. Any suggestions? - 3/14/10

good recipe. I have a Jack Lalane juicer with life-time on the motor and also have a Mr.Juicer juicer. Like them both but the Jack Lalane one is more powerful and gets more juice with less pulp. Isn't juicing great? I could never eat all that - but drink it? Yum! - 6/25/10
