Nutrition & Calorie Comments

How did you calculate the nutritional value of the juice? I've been trying to figure out how many calories a beet + 2 carrot + small apple + celery stalk + 1/4 cucumber drink would be - since the roughage is removed - and am struggling to find an answer. Any suggestions?
