This is a great chili. Reduce the fat farther by using ground turkey or chicken. This recipe is made for those with low tolerance for spicy food. Ingredients

2 15oz cans pinto beans
2 15oz can black beans
1 15oz can red kidney beans
2 tbs chipotle chili powder
1.5 tbs ground cumin
3 cloves diced garlic
1 large yellow or red diced bell pepper
2 hatch or anaheim green chilis, seeded and diced
1 pasilla or poblano chili, seeded and diced
1 large onion, diced
1 4oz can hatches diced green chilis
2 lbs ground beef, extra lean
2 tbs canola oil
2 14.5oz cans diced tomatoes
1 10.5oz can beef broth, reduced sodium
Directions
Put diced chilis, peppers, onion and garlic in a large dutch oven over medium high heat with 2 tbs canola oil. Cook until softened. Drain and rinse beans and add to dutch oven with canned tomatoes and beef broth.
In a large skillet, brown ground beef. Drain excess oil and add ground cumin, onion powder, garlic powder and chili powders. Add mixture to the large dutch oven containing bean mixture. Let simmer on low heat for 30-45 minutes to mix flavors. Taste and adjust seasonings. Add hot sauce to individual tastes.
