Ingredients

    2 cups broccoli cut up
    8 mushrooms cut up
    1/2 head cabbage cut up
    2 T olive oil
    3 T balsamic vinegar
    16 oz can black beans drained
    1 cup water
    dash nutmeg
    dash chipolte seasoning

Directions

Put 2 T olive oil in bottom of electric skillet. Stir fry vegetables in 400 degrees. Add all ingredents, stirring occasionally till vegetables are soft and broccoli turns deep green. Enjoy.
