Ingredients

    2 large eggs
    1 3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2T sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Whisk together eggs, buttermilk, oil, sugar, and baking soda. Add flour and baking powder, mixing until combined.

Scoop a scant 1/2 cup of batter into each side of the waffle iron. Bake approx. 3 minutes each. Makes 10 4" waffles
