Ingredients

1 packet of Lipton soup secrets noodle with chicken broth or chicken noodle.
2 breasts of chicken cubed
10 baby carrots diced
3 medium stalks of celery diced
1 small-medium onion diced
1 cup stewed tomatoes *more for a deeper tomato taste
tbsp of garlic *more or less to taste
2 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tsp italian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook chicken, garlic, and onions in shallow pan with olive oil and set aside.
Follow instructions on soup packet adding an extra 1 cup of water. Add carrots, celery, and spices. Bring to a boil, let boil 1-2 minnutes. Cover and let simmer on low. Cook 15 minutes..
Add tomatoes to the chicken mixture and cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Add chicken mixture to soup and simmer 5 minutes or until carrots are soft.
Makes 4-5 servings.
