Ingredients

    1.5 cups flour
    3/4 cup splenda
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/8 cup oil
    1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1 egg
    1/3 cup skim milk
    1 cup frozen blueberries

Directions

Combine 1.5 cups flour, sugar, baking powder. Put vegtable oil into a 1 cup measuring cup add the egg and the milk. Mix with flour mixture. Fold in blueberries.

Bake about 14 minutes in mini muffin tins. I made 21, you could put less in them to make a full 24. They do rise

350 degrees
