    1.55 lb London Broil, trimmed of fat
    1 T olive oil
    1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
    1 Can fat free beef broth
    1/2 can of water


Heat oil in skillet on med-high heat. Sear steak on both sides. Put on bottom of crock pot, layering potatoes, carrots, & onion on top if desired* Mix onion soup mix with broth and pour over steak. Add about 1/2 can of water. Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours. If you want to make gravy, just mix 2T flour with 1/4C of water and add to crockpot juices,(after removing meat & veggies) stirring constantly.
