*Ragu Spaghetti Sauce (tomato sauce), 3 cup
Mushrooms, fresh, 6 medium
*Zuchinni, cooked, 1 cup sliced, 1 cup
Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
Ground beef, lean, 8 oz
*Johnsonville Mild Italian Saugage Link, 2 serving
Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 16 oz
*Sargento Mexican Blend Cheese, 2 cup
Egg, fresh, 1 large
Oregano, ground, 2 tbsp
Garlic, 5 cloves
Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 2 cup (not packed)

Mushrooms, fresh, 6 medium
*Zuchinni, cooked, 1 cup sliced, 1 cup
Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
Ground beef, lean, 8 oz
*Johnsonville Mild Italian Saugage Link, 2 serving
Oregano, ground, 2 tbsp
Garlic, 5 cloves (remove)
-Mix
Egg, fresh, 1 large
Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 2 cup (not packed)
*Sargento Mexican Blend Cheese, 2 cup
-Layer in mini loaf pan (alternating)
1 1/2 noodles
sauce, cheese mixture, meat mixture, motzarella
(Mozzarella should be final layer.)
-Cover with tin foil bake at 350 - 375 for 45 min
-Remove tin foil off continue baking to brown cheese 15 min
