Ingredients

    * Post 100% Bran Cereal, 0.75 cup (1 serving)
    * Kraft Barbecue Sauce Original, 8 tbsp
    * *Egg white, 2
    * Ground beef, extra lean, 12 oz
    * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    * Carrots, raw, .5 cup, grated

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix cereal, 1/3 cup bbq sauce and egg whites in a large bowl until well blended. Add meat and vegetables; mix lightly
Shape into loaf; place on broiler pan lined with foil. Brush with remaining bbq sauce.
Bake 1 hour or until cooked through.

    O.K.
    I found the cereal made it kinda mushy, and it was pretty bland. The kids totally didn't like it either, would have had to puree the veggies to get away with them. - 9/1/07

    Incredible!
    It was very good! I like the idea of using bran cereal rather than crackers or bread! I would make it again, but I'd saute the bell pepper with E.V.O.O. and add some more herbs and spices...a little bland, but still yummy! (I dipped it in BBQ sauce...) - 7/30/07
