Ingredients

    1 lb 93% lean ground beef browned and seasoned
    1 can low fat cream of mushroom soup
    2/3 C nonfat evaporated milk
    6 2% milk American cheese slices
    1 pkg frozen tater tots

Directions

Brown beef and season to likeing and drain
Add Mushroom soup and milk to beef
Pour mixture into 9x9 casserole dish
Top mixture with a single layer of cheese slices
Top cheese with tater tots
Bake 350 for 30-40min or until tots are golden and cheese is melted.
