Two 15oz cans of chick peas, drained
1/2 cup roasted red peppers
1/2 cup chopped scallions
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice
dash of salt
Directions
Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until fairly smooth, let cool in refrigerator and serve.
