Introduction

Ingredients

    3 cups long grain white rice (cooked)
    1/4 cup soy sauce (add to desired flavor / color)
    3 large eggs, hard scrambled
    1 cup mixed vegetables
    3 oz Dungeness crab
    1 tbsp sunflower oil

Directions

Prepare rice per standard instructions - set aside
In wok on med high, add 1 tbsp sunflower oil
Add three large eggs - scramble well
Add mixed vegetables - cook until done
Add crab meat
Add cooked rice - stir together with eggs and vegetables
Add soy sauce - mix in well
Heat to desired temperature

Makes appx. 6 1 - cup servings
