Introduction

Delicious and light yellow squash, low fat better than sautee. Superior in taste and texture to boiling. Delicious and light yellow squash, low fat better than sautee. Superior in taste and texture to boiling.

Ingredients

    1 lb Yellow Squash sliced 1/4 inch thick
    1 medium yellow onion sliced vertically
    1 tsp fresh ground pepper
    1 tsp sea salt, ground
    1 tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin, cold pressed

Directions

Slice squash into 1/4 thick slices. Slice onions length wise from top of bulb to bottom, across in rings. Add squash, onions oil and seasonings into food bag shake to coat. Steam about 5 minutes. Makes 2 1/2 8 oz servings.
