Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 pound Uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breast

    15 oz Canned black beans, rinsed and drained

    1 cup Low free sour cream

    1 cup Shredded reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese, or Mexican-style cheese blend

    4 oz Chopped green chilies

    2 tsp Ground cumin

    1/2 tsp Black pepper

    1 cup Salsa, mild, medium or hot

Directions

Cut chicken into bite sized chunks & cook. Mix with other ingredients and bake at 350' for 30 minutes. (Save a bit of the cheese to top with). Serve with salsa and tortillas if you want!
