Made this twice but DON'T cook for 4 hours. I made a THREE-pound loin and it was well past 145 deg at only 3 hours (on low). Use a little less soup than it calls for, but keep everything else the same for 3 lbs and it'll be a little less painfully-salty, but just as delicious. Everyone LOVED IT! - 3/11/12

This was a good recipe. We found the meat to very very tender. However, it is very salty. - 1/28/13

This is incredibly easy to make and delicious! I served the meat and au jus over brown rice with a side of oven roasted vegetables. This will definitely become a regular meal in my house. - 11/21/11
