Introduction

Almost like a cookie! Almost like a cookie!
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 cup granola
    1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
    1cup walnuts (chopped)
    .5 cup all purpose flour
    .5 cup raisins or dried mixed fruit bits
    1 beaten egg
    1/3 cup honey
    1/3 cup vegetable oil
    .25 cup light brown sugar
    .5 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
2. Combine granola, oats, nuts, flour, and raisins
3. Blend in egg, honey, oil, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Oress mixture into a foil lined baking pan.
4.Bake for 30-35 minutes until lightly brown around the edges. Cut into bars.
5. Enjoy!
