Introduction

A yummy, warm, nutritious soup for a cold, rainy day. A yummy, warm, nutritious soup for a cold, rainy day.

Ingredients

    4 celery stalks, chopped
    4 garlic cloves, chopped
    1 tbsp. of margarine
    2 tsp. of chicken Boullion
    4 cups of water

Directions

Put a saucepan on medium heat and add the margarine. Once melted add the chopped garlic cloves and sautte until aeromatic. Then add the chopped celery and sautte for a few minutes.

Add the water and the boullion to disolve. Cover and let cook for aproximately 20-25 minutes or until the celery is the texture and softness of your liking.
