My scaled down version of a great fall treat! My scaled down version of a great fall treat!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    4 apples peeled cored and diced in 1 in pieces
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup applesauce
    1/4 cup veg. oil
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tbs vanilla extract
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 cup splenda
    1 cup sugar
    3 eggs

Directions

Mix sugar and eggs. Add baking powder, vanilla and cinnamon.
Mix in flour just until moistened and fold in apples. Bake in greased 9x13 pan for 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Let cool and serve warm or romm temp.

350 degrees.
