Introduction

Ingredients

    1 medium Onion
    2 cans of Del Monte Mixed Vegetables with Potatoes
    7.5 cups of Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, whole, no salt added
    16 oz Orzo, Barilla, uncooked
    1 can Green Chiles (diced can), Old El Paso (4.5 oz can)
    1 bag Birdeye's Steamfresh Mixed Vegetable
    1 bag Great Value California Style Vegetable Mix
    3 cups Water
    2 packets Herb ox Sodium Free Chicken Bouillon

Directions

Mix all together and cook in a slow cooker for a few hours.

1 cup per serving roughly.
