Ingredients

    1 [4 serving size] pkg sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix
    1 cup canned pumpkin
    1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    2 cups skim milk
    1/4 cup Cool Whip Lite [optional]


Directions

In a medium bowl combine the dry pudding mix, pumpkin, spice and milk.
Mix well using a whisk.
Pour into 4 dessert bowls.
Top each with 1 Tbsp Lite Cool Whip, if desired.
Refrigerate till ready to serve.
