Ingredients

1.5 lb. 85/15 lean ground turkey
1 egg
3/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
1 cup diced onion
2 tbsp. worsterchester sauce
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
10 tbsp ketchup (squirt)
1/4 cup chicken stock
salt & pepper
Directions
Saute onion until soft in EVOO, add chicken stock, worschester sauce, 1 quirt of ketchup and mix well. bring to room temp.
combine all ingredients in 1 bowl and form into a loaf on a cookie sheet. squirt ketchup on top.
bake for 1.5 hours @ 325 degrees.
enjoy hot or cold!!
