Ingredients

    1 can of tuna packed in water
    1 stalk of celery
    1 cube of chicken stock
    1 cup of long grain brown rice (uncooked)
    2.5 cups of water (to cook the rice with)
    1 slice of Ezekiel bread broken up to make bead crumbs
    1 tablespoon of Olive Oil to drizzle on bread crumbs



Directions

Add all ingredients to glass baking dish.
Let cook in oven @ 350 until rice appears cooked
About 10 minutes before it's done, top with bread crumbs and drizzle with olive oil.
