Ingredients

    Pre-heat oven at 375 degree.
    Note: You will need tinfoil and a baking sheet about 4 x 8.

    Line baking sheet with tinfoil and leave enough at both end of the sheet to cover potatoes once cut...

    Cut potatoes in half and then slice them about 1/4" thick,
    Slice the mushrooms to desired sizes,
    Cut onion in half and then in 1/4" slices,
    Place the potatoes, onion and mushrooms on the lined baking sheet .

    Drizzle the olive oil and sprinkle the spices.

    Cover and cook for about 35 to 40 minutes on middle rack.
