Introduction
My kids' favorite cold weather dinner. They get a full serving of veggies without even knowing it.*Hint: be careful of the amount of salt you add into this soup, the hot dogs can make this soup too salty, depending on the type and brand of hot dogs you use. Ingredients

Beans, navy, 2 cup
All beef franks/hot dogs, sliced 4 serving
Baby Cut Carrots chopped (8 baby carrots), 3 oz
Celery, raw, chopped 3 stalk, small (5" long)
Onions, raw, chopped 1 small
Garlic, minced or chopped finely 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Directions
Soak beans overnight.
Next morning, Drain. Place beans, 2 quarts water, carrots, celery, onions, salt, pepper, and garlic in deep pot. Bring to boil reduce heat and simmer. Remove 1/2 of bean mixture and place in bowl. Mash well. I put my into my blender and blend till smooth. Add mashed beans back into pot, mix well.
Slice hot dogs and pan seer in a frying pan till slightly browned and hot.
Add hotdogs, cook stirring occasionally until thoroughly heated. Makes 6 1 1/2 cup servings.
If this soup is too bland the way it is, sprinkle some garlic powder into it.
