Ingredients

    250 gm mixed vegitables ( peas- carrot - green beans) frozen
    1.5 cup beans red kedny canned
    3/4 cup sweet corn canned
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp mustard
    1 tbsp lite mayonase
    180 gm plain yogurt skimmed

Directions

put frozen vegitables in boiling water w/o salt
let it boiling untill tender then remove access water
at small bowl mix yogurt, mayonase, mustard,soy sauce and dash of salt and black pepper
at large bowl mix corn , vegitables and red beans
add dressing and toss well
