Introduction
I find the this balsamic vinaigrette and soy sauce base makes a good stir fry. The balsamic vinaigrette adds the little olive oil needed to coat everything along with some flavor. Ingredients
-
1 pound lean trimed pork
1/2 red onions chopped
6 green onions chopped
1 bell peper
1/2 large head cauliflower (chopped)
4 tbsp soy saouce
3 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette (full fat - needs a little oil!)
1/4 cup water
Pam cooking spray (coat the pan well)
Seasonal salt (to taste)
Directions
For stirk fry I find that it works best to have a large falt pan sitting over two burners. The pan needs to get really hot.
1) spray pam well into the bottom of the pam (Nutrition info is based on 10 sec spray)
2) turn on the heat
3) add the onions, bell peper and pork (season to taste with Lowery's season salt)
4) cook this until the onions are carmalized and the pork is white (cooked)
5) add 2 tbsp of the soy sauce (cook 3 more minutes)
6) add the chopped cauliflower
7) add the balsamic vinaigrette (3 tbsp) (cook 3 minutes)
8) add the water (cook until the cauliflower is the way you like it, I cover it to steam)
