Ingredients

    1 - 1 pound pork loin
    1 tsp salt
    1 TBSP garlic powder
    1/2 tsp thyme
    1 tsp basil
    1/2 tsp rosemary
    1 TBSP olive oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 475.

Mix all spices together and rub thouroughly into pork.

Preheat oven safe pan on medium-high heat. Add oil. When pan is VERY hot, add pork turning on all sides to brown - approx 10 minutes

Place pan in oven and continue cooking 20-25 minutes.

Remove and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes.

Serves 4
