Ingredients

    6 Chicken Breast,, bone and skin removed
    4 cup Canned Tomatoes (Diced)
    2 cups Onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil, 2 tbsp
    4 tbsp Paprika - Sweet Hungarian
    .25 tsp black Pepper

Directions

Brown Chicken until cooked through. Remove from pan and keep warm. Saute Onions until soft. Add tomatoes and juice to "deglaze" the pan. Return chicken and simmer for 5 minutes. Add paprika salt and pepper.
Serve over rice.
