Ingredients

    1 pound extrea lean ground beef
    1 medium onion chopped
    8oz can tomato sauce
    2 tbsp water
    1.5 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp garlic
    Dash of pepper sauce

Directions

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onions until the meat is brown and the onions are tender.

Stir in tomato sauce, water, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and hot pepper sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.

Buns not included in recipie.
