Ingredients

    One large chicken breast, no skin - sliced
    One cup sugar snap peas
    One medium green pepper - sliced
    One x 250g pack Udon noodles plain
    Aprox 30gms cashew nuts
    One tsp sesame seed oil
    One tbsp oyster sauce
    One tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce (or less to taste)

Directions

Using sesame oil stir fry the sliced chicken until cooked, add peas, pepper & nuts and toss through for approx one minute.
Add noodles, oyster sauce, chilli sauce and a dash of water and stirfry for another one - two minutes until cooked.
Serve immediately
