Ingredients

    1 dozen eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 pound diced ham
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese (colby jack or chedder)
    1 box Golden Grill Russet Hashbrown Potatoes (or 16 oz. frozen hashbrowns, thawed)

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Pour into lightly greased 9x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
Cut into 8 servings.
(Can make night before and put in oven in morning).
