Ingredients

    Salmon filet
    1/8 cup bread crumbs
    1/2 oz almonds, crushed
    1/4 tbsp olive oil
    2 t sp grated parmesean cheese

Directions

Mix almonds, bread crumbs, and cheese. Cover fish with mixture. Heat oil in a skillet. Place fish skin side up and cook until flakey.
