Ingredients

    *Tilapia, 24 oz
    Goya Black Beans, 822 gram(s)
    *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium), 4 tsp
    Garlic, 3 tsp
    Cumin 1 Tbl
    *minced onion, 1 tbsp
    *celantro, 2 serving
    *Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, 0.5 cup
    *Green Giant White Shoepeg Corn, 0.5 cup
    1 packet Uncle Ben's Brown Ready Rice

Directions

Combine corn, rice and black beans with spices in bowl. Spread into glass casserole dish. Layer on top the tilapia fillets. Cover with chese and sprinkle with some dried celantro.

Bake for 20-30 min
