Ingredients

    6 pounds extra lean ground beef
    3 x 48 ounces tomato juice
    10 cloves garlic
    3 x 14 ounces tomato paste
    1 green pepper
    2 celery stalks
    1 onion
    2 x 10 ounces of mushrooms
    Italian seasoning

Directions

brown beef,drain and rinse. Mix all other ingredients and simmer for a few hours.
