Ingredients

    8 sweet potatoes
1 tablespoon of butter (Smart Balance is a good substitute)

Splenda (optional - to add a little sweetness without the extra calories)

Place in a pot of hot boiling water and allow to boil for 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes get soft enough to mash
Once potatoes have boiled add milk and butter and cinnamon if you would like
